Hi Guys, I’m Luna!
In 2017 I went through the most painful phase in my life.
Sadly, someone I considered an older sister took her own life. To say I was heartbroken would be an understatement.
After this, I didn’t even want to think about how miserable I felt; I just kept going. The show must go on, right?
The problem with this was that I was actually falling into a deep depression…had anxiety attacks, burst out crying at the worst moments, slept more than 14 hrs a day, and literally did not want to leave my house.
To be honest this isn’t the kind of pain that goes away, but I learnt to live through it when I realized I did not want to live my life like that.
In short, my decision to come clean and be determined to get better was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Yes, it was very hard.
Yes, I cried a lot.
Forcing myself to get out of the house was the hardest!
Nevertheless, it started me on a journey of introspection and self-discovery.
Cut to 2023, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.
My life isn’t perfect, nor do I have all the answers, but every day I get closer to my dream life.
I’m a proud business owner. I created this blog for people that, like me in 2017, are going through a difficult stage in their life. I want them to know that they are not alone.
Journaling was a HUGE part of my healing process! This is why I created this guided journal since I know that sometimes staring at a blank page can be intimidating.
